How do I earn points?

Inspired Rewards points are earned through both purchase and non-purchase activity.  You will earn varying amounts of points on in-restaurant visits or takeout orders on appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages.

When you dine-in with us, your server simple takes your phone number to check-you in.  From then on your visit will be tracked and you’ll earn your points.

When you order takeout/delivery through the app, your points will be tracked automatically.

You can also earn points from non-purchase activities like opening one of our emails, or just by using the app.  See “How to earn points” in the “My Points” section of the app for details.

How do my points get tracked?

When you arrive in a restaurant you will be “checked in” by providing your phone number to your server (or, in the case of using the app waitlist or reservation you will be checked-in automatically).

Once you’re checked in, that’s it.  The app will track and award your points for that visit.

I didn’t get my points

If you dined-in one of our restaurants and didn’t receive your points, send us a message via “Help” in the app with a photo of your receipt.

How do I earn rewards?

You earn rewards, by earning points.  Each status level has it’s own rewards… earning points levels you up through the status levels, and you get more rewards.

See the “My Points” section of the app for each level’s respective rewards.

Offer-based rewards, such as 20% off, will be automatically applied to your in-restaurant visit or takeout order if they are active rewards in your profile.

What does the app do when you’re in the restaurant?

Once you’re checked in, the app changes it’s content.  You can:

  • Order refills
  • Pay your bill without needing your server or a printed check
  • See what song is playing in the restaurant and add that song to one of your playlists
  • Choose the next song that plays – if your status level is high enough;)
  • See your recommendations and top sellers for the brand/location you’re checked into
  • Track the progress of your order
  • Play along with live trivia or any other in-app games
  • Access the secret menu items

How does the 4th visit offer work?

This reward becomes active when you visit any 3 Service Inspired Restaurant brands within a 6 month period (dine-in only).  When it is active, it will be automatically applied to your 4th visit after you check in.

When you redeem the offer there is a maximum value of the discount that will be applied.

For example, if you have 50% off your 4th visit, and on your 4th visit you spend $1,000 – the discount is not automatically $500.

The maximum value of discount is determined by the average of your qualifying 3 visits.

Example: Your average spend over those 3 visits was $200, so your max discount upon redemption will be 50% of that average amount ($200), or $100.

Are there any restrictions on the number of rewards I can have or redeem?

There is no restriction to the number of rewards you can have.

There is, however, restriction on how many rewards you can redeem on a single visit.  By default it is one offer redemption per visit.  If there is an exception to this it will be stated in the offer.

What are the points worth?

The points are worth status.  As you earn points, you level up and you unlock more rewards and access to various offers and events.

The points are NOT currency and you do not, for example, earn points per $1, or points for amount spent.

Do my points expire?

No. Your points don’t expire.

Offers or rewards that you earn might expire, but your points and status do not.
